At Vita Medical and Skin Clinic, we're dedicated to making your healthcare experience as convenient and efficient as possible. Our Repeat Script Service is designed to meet the needs of our existing patients. This service is handled by your regular doctor at our clinic.

    We value your trust and loyalty. Our Repeat Script Service is exclusively available to patients who have previously visited our clinic for a face-to-face consultation within the past six months.

  • Personalised Care

    Your health is unique, and our assessments are tailored to your individual needs. We take a personalised approach to your well-being.

  • Repeat Prescription Criteria

    We can only provide repeat prescriptions for medications that your doctor at Vita Medical and Skin Clinic has prescribed to you before.

  • Conditions apply

    You can request up to three medications per submission. Please note that your doctor will evaluate and may not approve all requested medications if they are not deemed suitable. The service fee applies even if at least one medication is approved.

  • Excluded Medications

    This service does not cover repeat prescriptions authority-required medications or repeat prescriptions for S8 medications/addictive medications like benzodiazepines and opiates.

  • Medication Selection

    Each prescription request is carefully assessed by your doctor based on clinical considerations. If your request is declined, we'll advise you to schedule an appointment.

  • Fees

    A fee applies for each request, which may vary depending on urgency and delivery preferences. The specific fees will be outlined when you submit your request.

  • Payment

    The associated fee is payable at the time of submitting your request. If your request is declined, you will receive an automatic refund within a few business days.

  • Processing Time

    Repeat prescription requests may take several business days to process.

  • Outstanding Accounts

    If you have an outstanding balance with our practice, your request will not be approved until your account has been settled.
