Dr Emily Layton brings more than 13 years of General Practice experience to her patients. She trained as a Doctor in the UK, and qualified as a GP in 2012. She has a particular interest in Women’s Health and has been the lead in her previous practice for over 7 years. She has a particular passion for contraception, menopause and supporting women through their hormonal transitions. In addition, she loves the variety that being a GP brings, confidently managing a range of health conditions with her other particular interests being Paediatrics.
Dr Emily Layton has completed the Diploma of Sexual and Reproductive Health, as well as the Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology making her proficient in all aspects relating to women’s health. For the last 7 years she has been running her own coil and implant clinic, alongside her General Practice duties.
Dr Emily Layton is an excellent listener, compassionate, thorough and patient centred. She is dedicated to providing a high quality service to all of her patients.
